Somerville Kindergarten is a non-for profit community kindergarten managed by committee of parent volunteers. Our committee is responsible for the general operations of our kinder, as well as supporting our staff while also meeting the needs of our community families.
Joining the committee is a great way to meet new people and and to work as part of a team to make decision that will impact our kindergarten and community.
The committee is elected by the parents at the Annual General Meeting which is held in November of each year.
General meetings are held once and month and are open to all family members, not just those on the committee.
